The basis of your success is a successfully completed technical or economic master''s degree/diploma. In addition, you have many years of professional experience as a project business, preferably in rail vehicle technology. you have expert knowledge of scheduling methods (network planning, milestone trend analysis) and project planning and controlling methods. you also score highly with your strong ability to structure topics and a very high degree of initiative. you also score points with a high level of customer orientation, excellent communication skills, organisational skills in dealing with partners and good moderation and presentation techniques. you also score highly with your expertise in software-based scheduling tools, preferably primavera eppm p6 or similar tools (exempli gratia ms project). you have a very good command of the english language. good german language skills are a plus.
Aufgaben:
In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing schedule management of global rail vehicle projects. You will lead several Manufacturing (MF) schedulers and report directly to the Head of Manufacturing/Commissioning Scheduling. You will develop the concept for schedule management and the schedule structure, taking into account the project requirements. You will lead manufacturing schedules from the tender and contract documents in collaboration with the specialist manufacturing functions. Furthermore, you will regularly monitor adherence to deadlines and project progress (target/actual comparison) in all project phases and regularly update the schedule. You will create schedule analyses (critical path, buffer, milestone trend analysis) and proactively and continuously review the schedule with regard to potential critical situations. If deadlines are missed, you will develop countermeasures together with the MF specialist functions and check their effectiveness in the schedule. You will also proactively coordinate, drive and manage special topics for the continuous improvement and harmonisation of manufacturing scheduling at various locations.
