Pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a strong academic record Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros using VBA Experience in building and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models, with a good understanding of DAX functions and their applications Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, allowing for efficient data extraction, manipulation and modelling Experiences with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to work within cross-functional teams Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to apply quantitative methods to solve real-world problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Our offer

Your Main tasks would be: To support the Regional Operational Excellence team in maintaining global standards for Air freight products in Europe Support in monitoring and producing KPI reports and analysis tools Assist, coordinate and contribute to monthly Country/Cluster alignment calls Support in developing new reports and dashboards to analyse and monitor KPI''s and trends Actively contribute to regular OPEX Team meetings to drive standards within the organisation Helping to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKR) cycles for the region You support in ongoing OPEX projects and deployment activities Supporting, updating and refreshing current presentation materials to ensure it is accurate and consistent with company standards
