Engineering Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the work of the engineering core team (Power, Mechanical, RAMS, Validation, Software), ensuring alignment and efficient delivery of Engineering Work Packages. Project Management: Develop and implement the Engineering Management Plan, monitor performance, and manage risks to keep the project on track. Customer Collaboration: Represent engineering in front of internal customers, providing updates on progress, issues, and risks while delegating technical discussions to experts when needed. Resource & Workload Planning: Anticipate staffing needs, resolve capacity challenges, and communicate updates on workloads and forecasts. Quality & Delivery: Lead design reviews, manage product modifications, and ensure adherence to quality standards while supporting DFQ Gate Reviews and QCD objectives. What We’re Looking For Technical Expertise: An engineering degree with solid knowledge of technical and project management tasks.
