The Kotlin Backend Engineer (m/f/d) will join the Customer-Inspired Agencies (CIA) team, which provides technology solutions for all stakeholders of Flix''s Global Offline Sales – including resellers, ticket agents, metasearchers, ticket vending machines, telesales agents, and internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers and Flix teams working with reseller data.The team maintains after-sales platforms, supports user and data flows, and collaborates cross-functionally in an agile, professional, and international setup. About the Role Contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable backend applications serving 30,000+ users globally Design and build features such as the Shift/Daily Sales Closure functionality for offline resellers Improve and extend the Booking Report product, delivering accurate and real-time sales data Investigate dependencies in legacy systems and contribute to architectural improvements Align and collaborate with other teams to reduce or manage cross-team dependencies Contribute to discussions and decision-making in a self-organized, agile team Support CI/CD processes and ensure high-quality releases with every deployment
