We are looking forward to:
Master’s degree in a business-related field with business fluency in English; additional languages like German or Swedish are a plus
Multiple years of experience in complex software sales to mid-sized and large enterprise customers; hardware sales experience is an advantage
Several years of success in leading multi-region software sales teams, with a strong track record of achieving quotas and building high-performing teams
Expertise in structuring complex, value-based deals, subscription licensing, and selling professional services for large-scale projects
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and customer-facing skills; self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high personal integrity
The
Aufgaben:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of seven Sales Representatives, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching
Drive achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring accurate territory forecasting and pipeline management
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align on strategy and execution
Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with major accounts, supporting high-impact deals and complex negotiations
Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies in coordination with EMEA leadership, focusing on UKI, Benelux, and Nordics markets
