Anforderungen:
Solid experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an international and matrixed environment
Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing, with exposure to case-based assessments is a benefit but not mandatroy
Proven ability to drive recruitment proactively and operate independently with minimal supervision
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, especially LinkedIn, with a focus on hard-to-fill and technical roles
Fluent in Portuguese and English, with the ability to conduct professional interviews in both languages
Aufgaben:
Lead and drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business needs within an international tech company in our core markets (Defense, Aerospace and Cyber Security and Digital Identity)
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria based on skills and competencies
Conduct structured interviews, including competency-based and case interviews, to assess both technical and behavioral fit
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates with a focus on skill-based evaluation and long-term potential
Maintain and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-offer, quality-of-hire), identifying areas for continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
