Experienced functional leader for technical and sales teams, collaborating closely with teams in Serbia, Poland, and cross-functional departments (pre-design, supply chain) Fluent in English and German
Aufgaben:
2)The MD deploys the Corporate strategy in the Country He/she understands and deploys the Group strategy in the country. It includes to put in place a local strategy deployment at Country level, with indicators and follow up aligned with the key objectives of the Group. He/she ensures that Vossloh is in position to keep or develop its market share in the Country according to Group strategy.
He/she identifies and manages relevant stakeholders, builds relationship with Customers, policymakers, decision makers and key partners.
He/she identifies, secures membership and animates local industry associations and alliances. He/she ensures visibility of the Company at fairs, seminars and events. He/she Secures that the company profile is optimized versus local needs.
He/she deploys the group communication strategy: identifies target groups, takes initiative to new contacts and engages with key stakeholders. He/she makes sure that there is available capacity to execute on strategy.
He/she leads the business and drives the teams to achieve flawless quality and absolute respect of committed timelines. He/she cultivates a relationship of trust with the customers. He creates and sustains a strong culture of customer centricity among the teams.
He/she ensures business continuity. He/she ensures that risks are analyzed and that there are related mitigation plans. He/she ensures that crisis management protocols exist. He/she is the leader of the crisis cell.
He/she ensures that performance is measured, tracked, reported and analyzed with the right level of depth. Deviations have to be identified and corrected spontaneously.
Beyond execution, he/she ensures the existence of progress initiatives covering all components of performance. 6) The MD is a role model as a people leader and people developer.
