university degree in business administration, human resource management, information systems, or industrial engineering (master’s preferred). 7+ years of digital transformation project/program management in a top-tier consulting firm or in-house pmo. proven track record leading complex global hr tech initiatives with hands-on experience with product strategy, hybrid/agile or stage-gate delivery and solution design hands-on experience managing jira portfolios, confluence documentation, bpmn process modelling and analysis and working with technology & system landscapes strong tech literacy in system architecture, cloud technologies, and integrations (exempli gratia api, sftp, et cetera), especially with hr systems like workday is required certification in project management (pmp, scrum, safe, et cetera) or business/process analysis like six sigma is a must-have fluent written and communication skills in english, german is a plus Experience delivering HR digital transformation, especially payroll vendor replacement and HRIS architecture redesign is a huge plus
Aufgaben:
this role is positioned in the digital transformation function of people & organization department at flix. as a senior project manager (m/f/d) in hr digital transformation area you will own the delivery of complex global hr technology projects, ensuring on-time delivery, effective management, and measurable impact of hr service & operating model. you will also drive major system and vendor transitions (exempli gratia, payroll replacement) and manage complex global-local solution designs, ensuring hr technology landscape remains scalable, compliant, and future-ready. about the role technical program delivery: lead delivery of high-impact global hr tech projects with multiple workstreams (scope, plan, raid, benefits, budgets, vendors) using jira process analysis & solution design: strong understanding of hr process & system landscape analysis to identify inefficiencies, and design scalable to-be hr processes tech evaluation & adoption: scout emerging hr technology solutions, create data-driven business cases to showcase benefits realization and partner with flixtech to design solutions that meet global business needs while balancing local process deviations vendor transitions: drive large-scale vendor transitions, exempli gratia global payroll vendor project structure & reporting: build agile project structure by maintaining complex jira project plans on jira, bpmn process flows, test plans, sign-off and hypercare readiness, change and impact-risk management frameworks governance: embed processes in hr service delivery model, run project governance & stakeholder bodies, set internal control points,
