Completed studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification First practical experience in production planning or production, ideally through internships or working student activities Technical understanding of production processes and manufacturing methods, preferably in metal or lightweight construction Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics Navision) Structured, analytical and independent way of working Strong communication skills, team spirit and high quality awareness Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage

Support in the planning, control and optimization of production processes Analysis and improvement of existing production processes, taking into account quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness Collaboration in the introduction of new products and technologies in series production Creation and maintenance of work plans, production documents and process documentation in the ERP system (Navision) Support in the design and procurement of production and testing equipment Collaboration in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and in lean projects Close cooperation with the design, quality assurance and work preparation departments
