Licensed attorney in Norway (advokatbevilling), with substantial experience either in private practice or as in-house counsel, ideally 6+ years Master’s degree in Law (LL.M./ Master i Rettsvitenskap.) Strong expertise in contract and construction law Advantageous: interest and/or experience in corporate governance, company law, public procurement or competition law Experience in a global organization is a plus; comfort operating in a matrixed setup is beneficial Proven track record of independently handling complex matters, project advisory, or dispute resolution for consultants/architects, clients, and/or contractors—across both public and private sectors Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across disciplines; fluent in Norwegian and English. Working language is both Norwegian and English. In addition to being strategic and clear in your advice, solid commercial acumen will help you succeed in this role.
