Proven experience with Workday Studio and at least one functional module (e.g. HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Performance) is a must. Experience with API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON/XML. You’re familiar with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern DevOps practices. Familiarity with Workday Security Configuration and OAuth setup. Experience managing SFTP connections, certificates, and encryption protocols. Exposure to AWS, API Gateway, or Azure Functions. Experience supporting global Workday deployments. Workday Integration Certification (Studio or Core Connector) is a plus. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. You communicate fluently in English, and German language skills are a welcome bonus.

You will be part of our team of inhouse HR Consultants and collaborate very close with HR, IT-Infrastructure and different internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms. About the Role Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and EIBs. Build and manage integrations not only with Workday but also with external platforms such as Greenhouse and other third-party HR systems. Use Terraform to develop automation scripts and cloud infrastructure components that support scalable and secure integration workflows Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools to streamline code versioning, testing, and deployment. Work with security frameworks including OAuth 2.0, SFTP, and certificate-based authentication to ensure compliance and data protection. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into robust integration solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize performance of integrations in both sandbox and production environments. Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentoring to other developers.
