Anforderungen:
• Experience on all types of measurement equipment. • Participate in various improvement plans. • Be fully familiar and conversant with department and Company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times. • Have at least 2 years’ experience in similar or related roles. • Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as certified accreditation on Mechanical or Electrical field; or workplace experience in relevant industries such as: Engineering, Automotive, Rail Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Electrical/Electronics, Construction, Civil construction. • Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically). RELEVANT FUTURES:
Aufgaben:
We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector that will be directly reporting to the Quality Manager within the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre based in Dubbo. The role is responsible for processing audits in suppliers, reviewing supplier certificates, carrying out inspections at source, writing reports and coordinating activities to ensure that the quality of final-parts, products and sub-assemblies is up to the highest standards. Also carrying out inspections in manufacturing assembly line and process audits, to ensure the quality approval for release of the final-parts. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage quality projects to meet specific requirements and satisfy customers. • Be able to investigate and identify possible risks. • Work towards improving business processes to ensure high quality of products. • Support projects by facilitating adequate communication with all stakeholders. • Assist manufacturing with analysis and problem solving as needed. • Conduct analysis to produce indicators, statistics and presentations. • Work to promote quality culture throughout the Company. • Manage priorities in-line with objectives. • Ensure compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy. • Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager. • Ensure all work carried out is compliant with organizational quality management systems/policies and procedures.
