Strong understanding of fundamental physics of inclement weather related phenomena in engine environments. Experience with developing new technologies to protect aero engines from atmospheric threats. Fluent in English. Desired Characteristics: Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative ability. Passion for technical excellence and self-motivation. Proficiency in German.

Global Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with our global team and coordinate inclement weather activities with other disciplines to drive cohesive and innovative solutions at system level. Aero Technology R&D: Drive research and development of novel inclement weather related technologies, contributing to the advancement of next-generation engines that will redefine the aerospace industry.
