Aufgaben:
Role Overview: Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment such as induction vacuum furnaces, electric furnaces and natural gas kilns, steam autoclaves, leaching autoclaves, robotic shell line operation, mixers, injection machines and cure ovens. Repair and maintain mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment, following technical specifications using hand tools, power tools, or precision measuring instruments. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and components Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of plant HVAC, chillers and rooftop units. Study building plans, schematics and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of repairs and/or installations. Support cell moves, in-house rigging efforts and building projects Order and track material required for repairs Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, scissor, boom, manlifts. Develop statements of work Able to read and interpret technical manuals Customer service to fellow co-workers, internal customers, contractors, OEM representatives, technicians Stays punctual and on-time in regard to attendance and required meetings Install or repair electrical service Ability to repair mechanical equipment, especially vacuum systems and automated equipment, etc. Maintenance performance is tracked on a daily basis and aggregated in monthly reporting to leadership.
