Technical degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. mechanical engineering, railway engineering, vehicle technology) Understanding of ECM processes covered in EU Implementing Regulation 2019/779 (ECM DVO) Hands-on experience in: audit and certification processes Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken High sense of responsibility, integrity and strong safety awareness Senior management position with overall responsibility for a safety-critical function High degree of autonomy and comprehensive decision-making authority

Responsibility for the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) in accordance with ECM Function I Establishment, maintenance and continuous development of the ECM management system in line with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 Responsibility for ensuring fleet availability within approved budget constraints while fully complying with all safety requirements Ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient maintenance of the entire vehicle fleet implementation and monitoring of ECM Functions I–IV Coordination and supervision of the ECM organisation, including: Ensuring effective interfaces between ECM functions, operations and external partners Identification, assessment and management of risks related to vehicle maintenance and safety Decision-making and approval of safety-relevant measures, restrictions and corrective actions Preparation, support and leadership of ECM audits and assessments Management of external workshops, suppliers and service providers from an ECM governance perspective fleet or asset management in a regulated environment ECM management
