Aufgaben:
Job Description Summary Join Colibrium Additive (part of GE Aerospace) as an hands-on HR Manager (m/f/d) in Lichtenfels and help shape a high-performance, values-driven workplace that powers the future of additive manufacturing. In this role, you’ll own day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle while supporting strategic initiatives in Engineering, Service, and Supply Chain. You’ll partner closely with leaders and the works council, coordinate people processes, and ensure compliance—making a visible, measurable impact on culture, performance, and employee experience. Your responsibilities Strategic HR: Contribute to translating business strategy into HR actions for Engineering, Service, and Supply Chain; Analyze workforce trends and and prepare actionable summaries; Strengthen a performance- and values-based culture; Advise management on HR and employment law topics People & Performance: Coordinate performance and talent processes; foster learning, feedback, and career development; Support succession planning and potential assessments through data consolidation and process tracking HR Operations & Compliance: Review and maintain operational HR processes (contracts, compensation, time, records); Ensure compliance with labor law, data protection, and co-determination; Work closely with the works council, tax advisors, auditors, and external partners; Support change initiatives Organization & Culture: Implement initiatives to increase engagement and satisfaction; Conduct regular employee surveys and drive follow-up actions; Support leaders with team communications, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and change communications Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Expand the employer brand with Marketing/Communications; Design and implement DEI initiatives What sets you apart Completed degree with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification
