Degree in computer science, informatics or related disciplines and 3+ years experience with ServiceNow, with a broad working knowledge of the platform’s capabilities and the applications that run on it. Solid skills in ServiceNow solution design and architecture and proven experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows. Experience with advanced scripting in the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript) and extensive ServiceNow Administration Experience. Knowdledge of ITIL methodologies and processes and experience with working in agile teams. ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) or ITIL certification is a plus. Good communication and presentation skills. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as external implementation partners and internal system capability teams to implement ServiceNow applications. Provide guidance and support to ServiceNow administrators and developers.
