About the Role Automation: Strong hands-on experience in Scripting process/task automations of HR workflows using niche technologies like UiPath, Python, GenAI (Claude, GPT, LLMs). Any API/SFTP integrations and building middleware solutions would be a strong plus Solution Architecture Design: Analyze HR processes & system landscape reviews, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable to-be processes and HR Tech system landscape Technical Project Delivery: Lead delivery of global HR Tech projects with multiple workstreams using Jira and building data-driven business cases & risk management frameworks Project Reporting & Governance: Maintain BPMN process documentation, embed processes in HR service delivery model, run project governance & stakeholder bodies, set internal control points & risk frameworks, compliance and data privacy frameworks as per internal and external regulatory standards Tech Evaluation & Adoption: Scout emerging HR technology solutions like Gen AI & automation platforms and build AI agents & tools to automate HR operations
5+ years of experience in technology transformation, automation, or architecture as a Senior Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or RPA/AI Automation Developer
experience designing cloud architecture landscapes (aws/azure), integrations (api, sftp, middleware), and automation data flows proven hands-on experience with python, rpa, building ai agents with gen-ai platforms (claude, openai, langchain, vector databases, et cetera) or scripting hands-on jira portfolio management, confluence documentation, bpmn modelling, test strategy design (sit/uat) university degree in information systems, computer science, business technology, hr tech, or related field any certifications in architecture, rpa, automation or project management (pmp / safe / scrum / six sigma/uipath or similar) would be nice to have. hands-on experience delivering global workday architecture implementations, system redesigns, or hris architecture transformations would be a strong plus

You will act as the bridge between HR, technology, and AI innovation, designing scalable HR system architectures and building automation solutions that transform HR service delivery globally
