Anforderungen:
2+ years of experience in L&D, programme management, or a related people development function within the corporate sector, ideally with a background in tech, mobility, or a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of learning design, with hands-on experience developing blended and digital learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and tied to business outcomes
AI-curious and digitally confident, with experience or a strong interest in using AI tools for content creation, learning personalisation, or workflow automation within an L&D context
Organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholder requests simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams and present ideas clearly to peers and mid-level stakeholders
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with learning data and dashboards to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborative and proactive team member who takes initiative, builds strong working relationships across functions and geographies, and thrives in a hybrid, multicultural environment

As a Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d), you''ll join Flix in shaping how our global teams learn and grow. We go beyond training sessions to create practical learning experiences – from digital courses to processes and frameworks that truly support people and the business. You''ll take ownership of key learning programs and projects, working with a collaborative team that values both ideas and execution. From designing AI-powered learning solutions to driving program delivery and continuous improvement, your work will help thousands of Flix employees develop and succeed worldwide.
About the Role
Manage and deliver learning programmes across multiple employee levels, ensuring consistent quality, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business priorities
Drive global L&D projects by collaborating with colleagues across departments, domains and regions, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, and supporting strategic implementations from planning through to execution
Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses, leadership programmes, and performance support tools, using AI-powered authoring tools to accelerate content quality and production
Embed AI into everyday L&D practice by identifying opportunities to use AI tools for content creation, learning personalisation, and operational efficiency, and actively sharing best practices with the team
Own programme delivery and optimisation for existing and new learning initiatives, gathering feedback, analysing results, and implementing improvements that enhance learner engagement and business impact
Analyse learning data to track programme effectiveness, identify patterns and gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support evidence-based decision-making
Manage L&D operations and systems, including our Learning Management System (FlixUni), ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improved
