2+ years of experience in L&D, programme management, or a related people development function within the corporate sector, ideally with a background in tech, mobility, or a high-growth, fast-paced environment Solid understanding of learning design, with hands-on experience developing blended and digital learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and tied to business outcomes AI-curious and digitally confident, with experience or a strong interest in using AI tools for content creation, learning personalisation, or workflow automation within an L&D context Organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholder requests simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines Good communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams and present ideas clearly to peers and mid-level stakeholders Analytical mindset, comfortable working with learning data and dashboards to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborative and proactive team member who takes initiative, builds strong working relationships across functions and geographies, and thrives in a hybrid, multicultural environment
