Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for consumer brands, with hands‑on ownership of large budgets (6‑digit monthly spend preferred)
Strong expertise in major paid social platforms and ad managers (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X), including catalog feeds and dynamic ads
Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, incrementality lift studies, and creative, targeting, and bidding optimization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and drive measurable improvements; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
Early experience with AI‑driven marketing tools and a strong interest in leveraging AI for creative development and campaign optimization
Highly organized, proactive communicator with a creative mindset; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

As a Paid Social Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic management of our paid social media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media advertising strategies, leveraging both proven methodologies and emerging AI technologies to effectively reach and engage our target audience globally.
develop and execute full‑funnel paid social strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across platforms including meta (facebook & instagram), tiktok, x, and emerging channels leverage ai, automation, and advanced targeting/bidding tools to improve creative performance, efficiency, and roi monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key kpis, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and optimization partner closely with creative, localization, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives lead collaboration with platform partners (exempli gratia, meta, tiktok) to test, launch, and scale alpha/beta features for first‑mover advantage drive continuous improvement through experimentation while staying current on industry trends, platform updates, policies, and compliance
