Previous experience in HR operations (e.g. within a Shared Service Center or supporting international teams) Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, enova365, Comarch HRM etc.) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to implement them effectively Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate clearly across various levels and regions A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy Fluency in English and other Eastern European language
