Fully German‑qualified lawyer with 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or in-house environment Exposure to intellectual property (especially trademarks), competition law, and/or litigation is preferred Initial experience working with external counsel or supporting complex legal matters is considered a strong advantage Strong interest in developing expertise across multiple legal areas and willingness to learn new topics Professiency in German and English Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured working approach Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple topics with guidance

As Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will focus on intellectual property law, in particular supporting the handling of Flix’s global trademark portfolio, as well as competition law and litigation matters. You will assist in coordinating legal proceedings and maintaining internal monitoring processes. The role also offers exposure to a variety of new and evolving legal topics, requiring curiosity and a willingness to grow into unfamiliar areas. About the Role Support the handling and further development of Flix’s global trademark portfolio, including coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders. Assist in advising on competition law matters and help ensure compliance with anti-trust regulations. Facilitate the coordination and monitoring of litigation matters, including working with external counsel and maintaining internal tracking tools. Contribute to the establishment and improvement of internal processes for tracking legal proceedings and risks. Provide legal support on a variety of topics beyond core areas and gain exposure to new and evolving business initiatives. Gradually take on responsibility for defined legal topics and projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
