Anforderungen:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Transport & Logistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or operations, ideally within transportation or mobility
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of road transport regulations and licensing procedures; experience working with regulatory bodies is a plus
Experience in preparing operational transport documentation; CPC certification (per EC Regulation 1071/2009) is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tasks, and KPIs. Highly organized, proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working on international projects
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; fluency in Croatian and professional English

Aufgaben:
As a Team Lead Business Development (m/f/d), you will be managing operational and regulatory processes such as permits, bus stop authorizations, and service documentation, along with contributing to market launches and expansion initiatives across new regions. You will be driving partner acquisition and managing the full sales lifecycle—from first contact through contract signing—while ensuring alignment with internal processes and timelines. You will oversee and support a team of BD professionals, track performance, remove blockers, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
About the Role
Identify and initiate contact with new bus partners, while supporting the development of long-term strategic relationships
Coordinate and monitor the full sales cycle (from partner acquisition to contract signing), ensuring compliance with internal procedures, timelines, and quality standards
Lead the day-to-day management of BD managers/specialists, including priority setting, KPI tracking, performance oversight, and removal of operational blockers
Oversee the preparation, processing, and verification of documentation required for county, inter-county, and international transport permits
Manage operational planning activities, including preparation of timetables, price lists, itineraries, and driver schedules, ensuring submission for approval and signature
Coordinate and monitor bus stop authorization processes across national and international networks, working closely with regulatory bodies and bus stations
Support market expansion and new country launches (e.g., CEE South / non-EU), while acting as the key interface between BD and internal teams (Network Planning, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth information and documentation flow
