Anforderungen:
At least 5 years experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, Project Management or Technical Sales preferably in a similar environment;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications Technology, International Business, or a closely related field ;
Familiar with project-based or customized solutions, preferably in a technology or AV environment;
Comfortable working with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP, CPQ, and Odoo;
Able to manage multiple opportunities in a structured and proactive way;
Strong analytical skills;
A proactive networker and collaborative team player with strong communication and analytical skills, adept at understanding and anticipating customer needs;
Excellent communication skills in fluent English; other European languages are an advantage;
Aufgaben:
The Bid Manager is responsible for managing bid and quotation activities for all customers, including customized conference projects. The role acts as a key interface between sales, technical, and operational teams, ensuring alignment, process ownership, and successful project follow-up from lead generation to quotation and customer engagement.
Your Responsibilities Manage bid and quotation activities for standard and customized conference projects; Closely working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Operations; Own and align bid and quotation processes with sales objectives; Managing feature requests and follow-up with customers; Follow up on lead generation activities in collaboration with sales teams; Participate in customer visits and support project follow-up; Prepare and follow up on quotations using SAP, CPQ tools, and Odoo; Represent Televic Conference at demo events, product demonstrations, and exhibitions.
