Solid experience as a team leader and several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Several years of experience in dispatching, detailed planning or operational control, ideally in rolling stock maintenance or a comparable industry. Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification. A degree in engineering is an advantage. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills; Spanish is a plus. Confident use of Excel for planning, analysis and reporting, as well as knowledge of continuous improvement processes. Experience with SAP ISI (IBM Maximo is a plus). Experience with structured planning methods, process design and continuous improvement processes. Your responsibilities: Professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as motivation and development of the “Maintenance Planning & Control” team. Overall responsibility for dispatching and resource planning of all operational maintenance capacities. Planning, control and monitoring of capacities in the short, medium and long term: orders, personnel and track allocation, as well as ensuring smooth daily operations for the team. Development and continuous improvement of reporting systems: documentation of planning statuses, deviations and actions; KPIs and key topics. Further development of plant control: you actively develop structures, processes and methods. You are a driver of continuous improvement. Knowledge building and research to solve operational challenges. Close coordination with workshop, engineering and commercial departments. Consolidation of communication channels and information flows within dispatching.
