Anforderungen:
2-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate L&D (strongly preferred), or in programme management / people development function in a fast-paced, international environment Proven experience designing and supporting digital and blended learning solutions (e.g. e-learning, learning paths, programs), with a clear focus on practical business impact Strong digital mindset, with hands-on experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) and confidence working with learning tools and systems; experience or interest in using AI tools is a plus Proven ability to own and deliver multiple learning programs end-to-end, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders independently Comfortable working with learning data and metrics (e.g. engagement, completion rates, feedback), and using insights to improve programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and international environments

You''ll take ownership of key learning programs and projects, working with a collaborative team that values both ideas and execution. From designing AI-powered learning solutions to driving program delivery and continuous improvement, your work will help thousands of Flix employees develop and succeed worldwide. About the Role Manage and deliver learning programmes across multiple employee levels, ensuring consistent quality, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business priorities Drive global L&D projects by collaborating with colleagues across departments, domains and regions, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, and supporting strategic implementations from planning through to execution Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses, leadership programmes, and performance support tools, using AI-powered authoring tools to accelerate content quality and production Embed AI into everyday L&D practice by identifying opportunities to use AI tools for content creation, learning personalisation, and operational efficiency, and actively sharing best practices with the team Own programme delivery, optimisation and effectiveness through data analysis for existing and new learning initiatives, gathering feedback, analysing results, and implementing improvements that enhance learner engagement and business impact Manage L&D operations and systems, including our Learning Management System (FlixUni), ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improved
