7+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment proven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (exempli gratia finance, marketing, sales, operations et cetera) and seniority levels strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and build trusted relationships resilient and agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities without losing focus or quality strong active sourcing expertise with the ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes fluent in english & bulgarian, with excellent communication skills
