As Business Controller, you’ll become part of our management team and take on a central role at the interface between finance, business, and management. You’ll shape transparency, drive decisions forward, and actively contribute to the financial steering of our German entity. In this role, you report directly to the CFO and to management, and work closely with local and global finance and business stakeholders. You bring transparency to monthly closings, reporting, and forecasts for our German entity, translating numbers into clear decision-making foundations for the business. You further build out and take ownership of project controlling: you keep an eye on project margins, costs, and cash flow, and question developments wherever it matters. You turn budgets, variances, and KPIs into concrete actions: you don’t just report variances, you drive solutions forward and actively contribute to strategic financial planning — including goal-setting and a three-to-five-year planning horizon. You stay close to the business: through close exchange with project teams, sales, and operations, you make numbers tangible, ask the right questions, and drive decisions forward. You bring together local and global finance perspectives, ensure transparency in international exchange, and guarantee consistent, reliable reporting. You sharpen our controlling processes, tools, and dashboards so insights are available faster and more clearly. You establish the targeted use of AI in finance and develop concrete use cases for more efficient analyses, reports, forecasts, and processes. You support business cases, investment decisions, and ad-hoc analyses for management.
