3–5 years of experience in learning & development, hr project management, or a related people function - ideally in a tech company or similarly fast-paced environment hands-on experience designing or implementing structured hr/l&d frameworks such as performance management cycles, talent reviews, job architecture, or seniority levelling - you''ve done the work, not just supported it strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes on time and within scope in a global or multicultural setting comfort working with data, dashboards, and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and surface improvement opportunities confident stakeholder management - you can present recommendations clearly and hold your own in rooms with senior cross-functional leads practical experience applying ai tools (exempli gratia for content generation, workflow automation, or learning design) within an l&d or hr context

As a Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d), you''ll help shape how Flix develops talent and enables growth across the organization. Working at the intersection of people strategy, organizational development, and innovation, you''ll create scalable solutions that strengthen employee and business success globally.
This is a role for someone who can work both ends of the spectrum: designing rigorous, structured people frameworks - talent management, performance, job architecture - while also actively pushing the boundaries of how AI and digital tools can make L&D sharper and more scalable. You''ll own high-impact programmes end-to-end, from scoping through rollout and measurement, in a global environment where speed and quality both matter.
design and deliver talent development initiatives across the employee lifecycle - including talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks - ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with business priorities take end-to-end ownership of global l&d projects: from first scoping conversation through planning, execution, strategic rollout, and impact evaluation lead and implement structured people programmes (exempli gratia job architecture, seniority and levelling frameworks, and performance management cycles -translating complex frameworks into practical, manager-ready tools identify and embed ai tools across programme design, content development, delivery, and operational workflows - sharing best practices and helping the team build confidence with new approaches collaborate closely with hr business partners, business stakeholders, and l&d colleagues across functions, geographies, and seniority levels to align solutions with real organisational needs
