The consultant will provide expertise in designing, automating, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for our Cloud Platform team within the Foundation Division. The Cloud Platform team provides tools, infrastructure, expertise, and best practices that enable software engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate secure, robust, and efficient applications with minimal operational overhead. Scope of Services Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure running on AWS and Kubernetes Support the further development of Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform Automate operational processes and infrastructure workflows using scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go Support CI/CD processes and help engineering teams make effective use of the cloud platform stack Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog Contribute to platform reliability, incident response, and disaster recovery improvements Evaluate relevant technologies and provide recommendations for implementation Support developer experience improvements by enabling teams to work more efficiently with platform tools Where agreed, participate in operational support or on-call activities to ensure platform availability
